Each guest satisfaction seal has a code. This allows you to check which destination and year it was awarded for and how many guest reviews it is based on.
The guest satisfaction seal is based on the guest survey conducted by the Comparative Guest Monitor (VGM). The overall score is the weighted average of all responses to the question regarding overall satisfaction with the stay, collected over a full calendar year and without any further filters.
Only sufficiently complete questionnaires will be considered. The answers will be weighted to be representative. A seal will only be awarded if there are enough evaluations from 50.
